MA0308C are polydisperse ferrimagnetic beads, ~400nm in diameter. The beads are composed of magnetic material and polymer layer. The magnetic materials are coated with polymer and presenting a bead surface with optimized carboxyl-like chemistry. The magnetic beads ensure rapid magnetic mobility and efficient isolation of nucleic acids (DNA/RNA). The beads also feature a low sedimentation rate and favorable reaction kinetics, making them particularly suited for automated assays.
