Darbufelone mesylate (CI-1004 mesylate) is a dual inhibitor of cellular PGF2_ and LTB4 production. Dabfilon effectively inhibited PGHS-2 (IC50 = 0.19 _M), but had a much smaller effect on PGHS-1 (IC50 = 20 _M).
