Aumitin is a diaminopyrimidine-based autophagy inhibitor. Aumitin inhibits starvation- and rapamycin induced autophagy dose dependently with IC50s of 0.12 _M and 0.24 _M, respectively[1], and it inhibits mitochondrial respiration by targeting complex I.
