These labels combine the ability to print sharp serialized text and barcodes with an indicator strip that clearly changes color when autoclaved. Ideal for the identification of plasticware, glassware, surgical instruments, and double-blister packs. Waterproof and tearproof, these labels are able to resist temperatures up to 150°C, UV and gamma irradiation. These autoclavable labels have a sterilization indicator strip at the bottom of the label that is sensitive to elevated temperatures and saturated steam, and will turn charcoal grey when exposed to the intense heat of a steam autoclave. The color-changing strip allows you to quickly and easily identify material that has been autoclaved, eliminating the need for autoclave sterilization tape.
