Human OXYR full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100429
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
OT-R, OTR
Description:
Human OXYR full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor family and acts as a receptor for oxytocin. Its activity is mediated by G proteins which activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. The oxytocin-oxytocin receptor system plays an important role in the uterus during parturition. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

GPCRDB Class A Rhodopsin-like,Peptide GPCRs,Smooth muscle contraction,
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
OXYR
Molecular weight:
The human full length OXYR protein has a MW of 42.8kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
