Human OX2R full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100426
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
ORXR2, OX2R, OXR2
Description:
Human OX2R full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
The protein encoded by this gene is a G-protein coupled receptor involved in the regulation of feeding behavior. The encoded protein binds the hypothalamic neuropeptides orexin A and orexin B. A related gene (HCRTR1) encodes a G-protein coupled receptor that selectively binds orexin A. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2009]

Druggable Genome,
Protein pathways:
GPCRDB Class A Rhodopsin-like,Neurotrophin & Receptors,
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
OX2R
Molecular weight:
The human full length OX2R protein has a MW of 50.7kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
