Human GHRHR full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100257
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
GHRFR, GRFR, IGHD1B, IGHD4
Description:
Human GHRHR full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
This gene encodes a receptor for growth hormone-releasing hormone. Binding of this hormone to the receptor leads to synthesis and release of growth hormone. Mutations in this gene have been associated with isolated growth hormone deficiency (IGHD), also known as Dwarfism of Sindh, a disorder characterized by short stature. [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2010]
Protein families:
GPCR,Transmembrane,Druggable Genome,
Protein pathways:
GPCRDB Class B Secretin-like,GPCRDB Other,Cancer,
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
GHRHR
Molecular weight:
The human full length GHRHR protein has a MW of 47.4kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
