Human TLR9 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100146
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
CD289
Description:
Human TLR9 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
The protein is a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family, which plays a fundamental role in pathogen recognition and activation of innate immunity. TLRs are highly conserved from Drosophila to humans and share structural and functional similarities. They recognize pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) that are expressed on infectious agents, and mediate the production of cytokines necessary for the development of effective immunity. Studies in mice and human indicate that this receptor mediates cellular response to unmethylated CpG dinucleotides in bacterial DNA to mount an innate immune response.
Protein families:
Druggable Genome, Transmembrane
Protein pathways:
Toll-like receptor signaling pathway
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
TLR9
Molecular weight:
The human full length TLR9 protein has a MW of 115.9 kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
Usage:
Research use only
