Human CX3CR1 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100115
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
CCRL1; CMKBRL1; CMKDR1; GPR13; GPRV28; V28
Description:
Human CX3CR1 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
Fractalkine is a transmembrane protein and chemokine involved in the adhesion and migration of leukocytes. The protein encoded by this gene is a receptor for fractalkine. The encoded protein also is a coreceptor for HIV-1, and some variations in this gene lead to increased susceptibility to HIV-1 infection and rapid progression to AIDS.
Protein families:
Druggable Genome, GPCR, Transmembrane
Protein pathways:
Chemokine signaling pathway, Cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
CX3CR1
Molecular weight:
The human full length CX3CR1 protein has a MW of 40.4 kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
Usage:
Research use only
