Human F2RL3 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100114
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
PAR4
Description:
Human F2RL3 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
A member of the protease-activated receptor subfamily, part of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family of proteins. The encoded receptor is proteolytically processed to reveal an extracellular N-terminal tethered ligand that binds to and activates the receptor. This receptor plays a role in blood coagulation, inflammation and response to pain. Hypomethylation at this gene may be associated with lung cancer in human patients.
Protein families:
Druggable Genome, GPCR, Transmembrane
Protein pathways:
Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
F2RL3
Molecular weight:
The human full length F2RL3 protein has a MW of 41.1 kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
Usage:
Research use only
