Human ADORA2B full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100093
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
ADORA2
Description:
Human ADORA2B full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
This gene encodes an adenosine receptor that is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily. This integral membrane protein stimulates adenylate cyclase activity in the presence of adenosine. This protein also interacts with netrin-1, which is involved in axon elongation. The gene is located near the Smith-Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Protein families:
Druggable Genome, GPCR, Transmembrane
Protein pathways:
Calcium signaling pathway, Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, Vascular smooth muscle contraction
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
ADORA2B
Molecular weight:
The human full length ADORA2B protein has a MW of 36.3 kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
