Human FZD10 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100052
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
CD350; FZ-10; Fz10; FzE7; hFz10
Description:
Human FZD10 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
A member of the frizzled gene family. Members of this family encode 7-transmembrane domain proteins that are receptors for the Wingless type MMTV integration site family of signaling proteins. Most frizzled receptors are coupled to the beta-catenin canonical signaling pathway. Using array analysis, expression of this intronless gene is significantly up-regulated in two cases of primary colon cancer.
Protein families:
Druggable Genome, GPCR, Transmembrane
Protein pathways:
Basal cell carcinoma, Colorectal cancer, Melanogenesis, Pathways in cancer, Wnt signaling pathway
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
FZD10
Molecular weight:
The human full length FZD10 protein has a MW of 65.3 kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
Usage:
Research use only
