Human FSHR full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100047
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
FSHR1; FSHRO; LGR1; ODG1
Description:
Human FSHR full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
The protein belongs to family 1 of G-protein coupled receptors. It is the receptor for follicle stimulating hormone and functions in gonad development. Mutations in this gene cause ovarian dysgenesis type 1, and also ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Protein families:
Druggable Genome, ES Cell Differentiation/IPS, GPCR, Transmembrane
Protein pathways:
Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
FSHR
Molecular weight:
The human full length FSHR protein has a MW of 78.3 kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
Usage:
Research use only
