Human STEAP2 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc FLP100043
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
IPCA1; PCANAP1; PUMPCn; STAMP1; STMP
Description:
Human STEAP2 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Background:
A member of the STEAP family and encodes a multi-pass membrane protein that localizes to the Golgi complex, the plasma membrane, and the vesicular tubular structures in the cytosol. A highly similar protein in mouse has both ferrireductase and cupric reductase activity, and stimulates the cellular uptake of both iron and copper in vitro. Increased transcriptional expression of the human gene is associated with prostate cancer progression. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.
Protein families:
Transmembrane
Protein pathways:
N/A
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
STEAP2
Molecular weight:
The human full length STEAP2 protein has a MW of 56.1 kDa
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
Usage:
Research use only
